BD356 Terms and Conditions – Complete User Guide

1 General Terms

BD356 (bundles.bd356.app) is a Bangladesh-based online entertainment and gaming platform. These terms govern the relationship between BD356 and its users, and apply to all services available on the platform.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• BD356 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, BD356's decision shall be considered final.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on BD356 in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, the following requirements must be met. Registration with accurate information is mandatory.

• Users must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. BD356 may request proof of age at any time.
• Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a National ID card, passport, or other supporting documents.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. You must not share your account with anyone else.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact BD356 support immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BD356 must be carried out in accordance with these terms. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account type and verification level.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Payments are only accepted from accounts registered in the user's own name.
• Withdrawals will be returned using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1000. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
• BD356 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals from unverified accounts.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, BD356 may request additional documentation or place the transaction on hold.

4 Betting Rules

These terms and conditions apply to all bets placed on BD356. BD356's decision is final on all matters relating to bet acceptance and cancellation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless BD356 cancels it on its own initiative.
• If a match or event is cancelled, BD356 will refund or reschedule the stake for the relevant bet.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error and the error is subsequently confirmed, BD356 reserves the right to void that bet.
• BD356 reserves the right to void all bets placed at odds that contain a clear error.
• BD356 sets the maximum daily betting limit per account and reserves the right to change it at any time.
• BD356 is not liable for any disruption to live betting caused by loss of internet connection.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus and promotion offers on BD356 have their own Terms and Conditions. Reading the relevant terms before accepting any bonus is mandatory.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only. Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (WR), typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
• Bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately. Withdrawals are not permitted until all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses must be used for legitimate purposes only. Any misuse through bonus arbitrage or other such strategies will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• BD356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD356. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in permanent account closure.

• Fraudulent activity, software hacking, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Opening multiple accounts and claiming bonuses more than once.
• Rude, threatening, or harassing behavior toward BD356 staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

BD356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

• If a proven violation of the Terms and Conditions is established.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a user submits a request to close their own account.
• If self-exclusion has been activated.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• User data is never sold to third parties.
• We may be required to share information with authorities under legal obligations.
• All data is protected through SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

9 Limitation of Liability

BD356 accepts no liability in the following circumstances.

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If a third-party service (such as mobile banking) fails.
• If the service is unavailable due to reasons beyond BD356's control.

That said, BD356 always strives to keep the platform available 24/7 and to maintain the best possible experience for its users.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between BD356 and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion.

• Please submit any complaints to our Help Center to submit your complaint.
• BD356 will respond to any complaint within 7 business days of receipt.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be referred to mediation by a mutually agreed-upon third party.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
